Here’s how it works.
Phase 1 - Get to a Hiring Manager Interview.
We apply to a minimum of 100 roles on your behalf and keep applying at no additional cost until you receive a Hiring Manager Interview. A Hiring Manager Interview is any interview with someone on the actual hiring team - a hiring manager, panel member, skip-level, or similar. Recruiter screens don’t count.
Only interviews from applications submitted after your program start date are eligible. Interviews already scheduled before you signed up do not trigger Phase 2.
If you have not received a Hiring Manager Interview within 6 months of your start date, and you have met all conditions below, you are eligible for a full refund at that point.
Phase 2 - Land an Offer in 120 Days.
Once we secure your first Hiring Manager Interview, your 120-day window begins. If you don’t receive a qualifying written offer within that window, and you’ve met all conditions, you are eligible for a full refund.
A qualifying offer is any written offer from your search - whether you accept it, decline it, or negotiate it. What you do with the offer is completely your choice and has no bearing on eligibility.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the close of your applicable guarantee window.
